The noise from the main road and the pub next door was very invasive, making it difficult to relax. We had to keep the windows closed to block out the noise and cigarette smoke.

The location for views is superb and it's very easy to access the lovely walks in the area. the cottage had a very warm and cosy feel to it. the little touches like the fresh loaf of local bread, marmalade/jam, tea/coffee, and olive oil with a mixture of herbs and spices were greatly appreciated.
Being on the main road, the noise from the traffic, especially motorbikes, was quite intrusive. the bench placed by the pub next door on the pavement added to the noise level and made it necessary to keep the windows closed.
